Help me get notified about my meds (advanced Task Scheduler)

Question

I need to receive notifications with the following conditions

1. When my laptop wakes up from sleep, all notifications should reset
2. I should receive notifications in 6, 12, 18, and 24 hours after my laptop wakes up

Those are easy, I know how to do them with Task Scheduler

The hard part is:

3. If my laptop slept for less than 4 hours, notifications should NOT reset

Help me go back to Windows, because right now I'm only using Linux because it's possible to do this with a script
