How can I check on a support ticket status when I can't login to my account?

I'm having trouble logging in to Azure because I can't use the Authenticator device that's setup on my admin account. I have a support ticket and I'd like to see the status of it. However all the places I've been given to check require me to login, which is precisely the problem I'm trying to fix. Is there an 800 number I can call?
