Hi All,

I have created a custom copilot and uploaded the knowledge sources along with custom topics. On unknown intent, my conversational boosting topic is triggered but it fails to provide an answer. When I try this on a standalone test copilot, it works.

My content filter settings are set to HIGH as i need the copilot to answer my org specific questions accurately.

Experiencing an issue with the Conversational Boosting topic in Copilot Studio. Here are a few steps and considerations that might help resolve the problem:

    1. Content Filter Settings: Since your content filter settings are set to HIGH, it's possible that some responses are being filtered out. You might want to try setting the content filter to a lower level temporarily to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, you can then fine-tune the content to meet the high filter standards

    2. Knowledge Source Configuration: Ensure that the knowledge sources you uploaded are correctly configured and accessible. Double-check that the data sources are properly linked to the Conversational Boosting topic

    3. Testing in Different Environments: Since the Conversational Boosting topic works in a standalone test copilot but not in your main deployment, there might be differences in the environment settings. Compare the configurations of both environments to identify any discrepancies

    4. Preview Features: Some features in Copilot Studio, including Conversational Boosting, might still be in preview. This means they might not be fully functional or stable. Check if there are any updates or patches available for Copilot Studio that might address this issue
