Deploying Collabmail through SCCM

Hi,

I am trying to deploy Collabmail using MSI and SCCM version 1710. The deployment shows in Software Center and I can also see the program is installed in Control Panel but the add-in is not showing in Outlook. We are using 32 bit Office 365 MSO (16.0.134216.2070 ) SKU E1.

I selected "Run installation and uninstall program as 32-bit process on 64-bit machine." under program settings in SCCM.

If I deploy Collabmail via command prompt, the installation is successful and the add-in is showing in Outlook.

Is there a pre-requisite for deploying Add-ins such as Collabmail via SCCM?

Thanks,

    @Aprillian

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    1. Please help check the AppEnforce.log on our client to see the details of the installation.
    2. As we mentioned "the add-in is not showing in Outlook", does it was shown like the picture below?

    3. Based on my research, if the application deploy successfully, please check the registry key by opening your Registry Editor and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins. Then please check whether you add-in is included in and whether the value of LoadBehavior is set to 3.

    SCCM version 1710

    ConfigMgr 1710 hasn't been supported in more than two years. You need to upgrade to a supported version ASAP.
