Transcribe function seems no work.

I started a week ago using transcribe function in word for web and start my project. In the last two days it seems no work. It'isnt possible activate the button and i cannot acces to all my past transcriptions: How is happening? Thank You

    What browser did you use?
    Please check these tips for using Transcribe feature:

    1. Transcribe works with the language you have set up as your editing language in Office. Currently, only en-US is supported.
    2. Transcribe requires an Internet connection.
    3. Transcribe only works on the new Microsoft Edge and Chrome.
