windows 10 Post Upgrade - Network connections Greyout for userprofile

As per the screen shot post upgrade the user profile has the connection available in the list but its not working as it greyout but we could launch the file from the user profile -“C:\users\ profile\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk” and able to connect it, this is now becoming a common issue and being in Homeoffice post this pandemic its really inconvenient for the end user to go to the path and relauch the connection every time also it gives a bad user experience.

If any one know the root cause & Solution of it already would be grateful.![49744-image.png]1

    If you remove VPN connection and add the VPN connection again. Will the issue still occur?
