sharepoint 2013 fba configuration issue when user login

I have a custom fba configuration, I have an issue with the login when it validates with SPClaimsUtility.AuthenticateFormsUser() it return true and
HttpContext.Current.User.Identity has value of :{0#.f|membershipprovider|username} after redirect it goes to log in again and HttpContext.Current.User.Identity value is empty

only this
if(SPClaimsUtility.AuthenticateFormsUser(new Uri(SPContext.Current.Web.Url), username, password))
{
this.Response.Redirect(HttpContext.GetGlobalResourceObject("Registeration", "ValidateMobileURL").ToString());

}
this code working in another farm
and I have no errors or exception in uls and event viewer

chrome have problem with cookie, after user login it clear fedauth cookie when I try it to ie or firefox it works so what can i do with this
