I am trying to verify the the publisher domain for my app, but it is failing to verify it I added the custom domain, and also the https://acta.ai/.well-known/microsoft-identity-association.json file as well what is causing this issue ?

May I know is your domain is in primary? and help me with the steps how you have verified your domain in the tenant. Could you please check the audit logs and see do you find any insights of the error and share with us. -
