online pictogram import not working with PowerPoint 365 - because of GPO

Hi,

because of security reasons we have set a lot of GPOs. Now it is not possible to import a pictogram from the Microsoft Online resource. Maybe we would undo this policy but currently I don't know which one prohibits the import.
The error message I get is "Error while importing the following file. https://cdn.hubblecontent.osi.office.net/icons/publish/icons_....."

First I thought it's this the Online Content Options one, but it isn't.

Any ideas which is the right GPO?

Thanks Wolfgang

    Hi,
Thank you for posting in our forum

considering AD isn't responsible for all GPO settings, we advise you to consultant with related APP team and let them help do a pre-check on the machine which you would

like to import pictogram. They may inform setting prohibting the import behavior and you can check your GPO based on this setting.

Hope this information can help you
    Best wishes
    Vicky

    Hi Vicky,

I am not sure what you mean with APP team.

By the way - it is definitely a GPO setting. A computer which has not the GPO settings is able to import these pictograms. I only do not know which (single) one prohibits that.

    Thanks and best regards Wolfgang
