i can't sign in my accoute microsoft 365 business basic

I cant log in to an account under the username environics@environics99.onmicrosoft.com and I cannot log in to an alternative e-mail. could you confirm via my phone number 0201004957560?

    O365 is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Office actively monitors questions over at
