Hi.

I have a RDS Farm formed by 2 Windows Server 2019 hosts and 1 Win2k19 server for Web interface and Connection broker. For the user profiles I use FSLogix version 2.9.7621.30127 and the profiles are hosted on a third Win2k19 server using ReFS as file system.

RemoteApp is used to access the applications

Since the tests with the first users I am experiencing random problems where users clicking Outlook 365 "New Email" show previous send email or blank window.Most of the time it seems to be solved if the window is restored but it is a very annoying effect.

The problem is not reproduced by working directly on the desktop of a server connecting via RDP, only using Outlook from RemoteApp

Has the same thing happened to anyone? Any solution?

    Hi,

    As the issue occurs randomly, it will be difficult to find out the root cause and solution.

    You can first check the event log at the issue time to see if there is any clue.

    Event Viewer\Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\RmoteApp and Desktop Connections.
