tabs issue after upgarding 2010 site collection to 2016 using db upgrade method

end user can see data in 2010 but not in 2016. Please refer below screenshots
and tabs which are highlighted are not there in 2016 but there in 2010
is this multiple tabs custom feature in 2010? how do we find out? in designer I can see below pages from 2010 and 2016. It is same.
Please see refer attached screenshots
FYI: this collabion chat we installed respective oracle files in the 2016. That should not be the issue.
Please help with your inputs on this. Thank you.

    Per my understanding, this issue looks like you have used a custom solution in 2010 farm, but it was not successfully upgraded after the migration.

    So how did you generate this report? Are you using a third-party product or SSRS?

    If you are using a third-party product, it is recommended to go to the third-party product provider to consult how to adapt to SharePoint 2016.

    If you are using SSRS, have you configured for the upgrade?
