Hello,
which Performance counters should I choose to check how an application affects to entire server performance? Now I have chosen such counters:
I can't find a counter for the process Memory consumption.
Are the Disk Reads\Writes disk's IOPS?

Are you having a memory problem on a machine and you are trying to identify which process is consuming all of your memory? Or do you just want to know more about the memory usage of a given process? Analyzing Windows performance is such a huge subject and there are many many tools that can be used.
Normally I would start with task manager and resource monitor. Did you try those tools?
