Issues Upgrading or Repairing Configuration Manager Console 2002 or Higher

We setup a new SCCM 1902 server with a local 2019 SQL database back around May and performed an in-console upgrade to 2002 that worked without any issues.
However, any subsequent updates to the 2002 Hotfix, Rollup, 2006, and 2010 have issues upgrading the console.

I noticed that even without doing an upgrade that a repair on the console and and uninstall/reinstall using the ISO from VLSC keeps resulting in the general error: Configuration Manager cannot connect to the site.

I've been able to setup a completely new and separate server with just the 2002 console (same version using the ISO) and that can remotely connect to the server.

Has anyone else had a similar issue or can anyone advise on broken consoles even just doing a repair?
Firewall doesn't seem to be a problem with the console server connection and UDF Inlining is off already.

    @Pat
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    We may check AdminUI.ExtenstionInstaller.log for more details about the console fail installation.

    Hey @AllenLiu-MSFT
    I've checked the AdminUI.ExtensionInstaller.log and I don't see any messages about a failed install or reinstalling console.
    I ended up checking SmsAdminUi.log in the same folder and noticed an error that "AdminUI\QueryProcessors\WQL was not found."
    That led me to this blog post and I found my WQL Key and strings were missing.
    https://blog.hosebei.ch/2013/10/22/sccm-2012-r2-console-on-windows-8-1-cant-connect-to-sms-provider/

    I had to modify if for the appropriate drive but it worked!

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ConfigMgr10\AdminUI\QueryProcessors\WQL]
    "Assembly Path"="C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\bin\AdminUI.WqlQueryEngine.dll"
    "Depends On"=""
    "Type"="Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlConnectionManager"

    Thanks for the help!
