I try to create a log analytics workspace:

I am a global admin on the tenant. It says we azure ad premium p1
I also cannot create diagnostic settings

How do I re-apply my admin settings? Also, how will i add diagnostic settings? It only shows 2 of the 4 licenses i have for azure in the diag settings
