Cannot access certification

I am trying to get my MOS certification to present to my employer.
I passed the exam on August 27th 2020.
I was emailed a link, with Your Microsoft Certification ID and Your Temporary Access Code.
I guess I did not use it in time as it has been more than 90 days and I did not realize the other PDF that was sent was not the actual certification.

I need help accessing the certification.

Whenever I click the blue "view Certificates" button, it takes me to where my certification should be displayed but then says "Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support."

So, I click "contact support" and it gives me an error:

Your request has been blocked. This may be due to several reasons.

  1. You are using a proxy that is known to send automated requests to Microsoft. Check with your network administrator if there is any proxy and what User-Agent they are sending in the request header.
  2. Your request pattern matches an automated process. To eliminate, reduce the volume of requests over a period of time.
  3. Reference ID: 18.bcf93017.1608580793.4a965634

Please help me get access to my MOS certificate, thank you so much.

Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard

and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard
Certification Profile/Incorrect/Missing Information
Certification Profile/MCID Assistance
Certification Profile/Account Linking
