How to disable the customize ribbons for outlook users in Exchange online

How to disable/hide customize ribbons in outlook using exchange online.

I want to remove Share to Teams, Find Time/Reply with Scheduling Poll from the ribbon.

But I don't know how to remove all the already installed add-ins. Is there an option to disable in the EXO end? Please confirm.
