An urgent problem here.
I am a global administrator of my tenant in Office 365.
After a failed iPhone backup, I lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app. As of now, I can't access my account from portal.office.com or any other Microsoft services. However, I still have access to my email in my Outlook client on Windows as well as my Mail app on iPhone.
How can I get support from Microsoft on this? I can share all the information required to validate I am the owner of the account (invoice of Office 365 products, information about payment methods used, ...).
