When filling out a form and inserting the name of the person responsible at the end of the form, Sharepoint is indicating this error: Sorry, we're having trouble reaching the server.

When trying to save it indicates another error: The server was unable to save the form at this time. Please try again.

This only occurs with a specific user who fills out the form. How to fix this?

Hi @ANA JÚLIA SANTANA LOPES ARALDI,

Thank you for posting in this community.

Based on the error message you provided, "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching the server," it seems that there may be an issue with the connection between your SharePoint client and the server. This could be caused by a variety of factors, such as network connectivity issues or server maintenance. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check your network connectivity to ensure that you are connected to the internet and that there are no connectivity issues.
    2. Check the SharePoint server to ensure that it is up and running and that there are no maintenance activities or outages.
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try accessing the SharePoint site again.
    4. Try accessing the SharePoint site from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
    5. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to use SharePoint ULS viewer to get more detailed error log information. If you are a beginner, you can refer to this article to use the ULS viewer. You can share more specific error messages in your logs with me, which will help me better locate the cause of your problem.
