NEW OUTLOOK - Blank popup window when attempting to create new event

Issue: New Outlook, if I click the create Event button I get a popup window with the outlook logo.

I am running Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise -EN - US 16.0.17928.20114 which I believe was just recently updated and I believe that is when the problem started.

Additionally, I have several other users in my organization with the same issue. Two of us are running windows 11 and 2 other users are using windows 10

Still not able to get anywhere on this issue. I am able to click on the calendar and add items. However, if I click on "more options" the window comes up blank.

I have users that report the issue to me about 5-10 days ago. I have at least 4 that have complained to me directly.

We are using a G3 Licenses

Glad to hear this issue has been resolved!

Issue:

New Outlook, if I click the create Event button I get a popup window with the outlook logo.

Solution:

This issue has resolved itself for me and the 4 users that had reported the issue to me. I believe that it was resolved by updates to Outlook as none of the other trouble shooting steps we tried worked...

Update!
So, for now, my calendar is opening by new even or double clicking date to add event, after just running the command- olk.exe /cleanviews.

Running olk.exe /cleanviews from the Type here to search, run command. Seems to have cleared this issue for now. Events are now loading in new outlook.

There are many reasons for this issue. Such as network environments, add-ins, temporary bugs, and so on. It's also possible that the issue was resolved after restarting your computer or by performing a fix.
