My calendar does not show my availability when customers/ team wants to schedule meeting.

    Could you please tell me if you are the only one in your organization who has this problem? Have you tried using the Teams web client?

    According to your case description, you encountered an issue where available time was incorrectly displayed when scheduling a meeting. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

    • Calendar permission settings: Make sure your calendar permission settings allow others to view your free time. You can check and adjust these settings in Outlook or Teams.
    • Calendar sync issues: There may be issues with syncing between Teams and Outlook. Try restarting the application or manually refreshing the calendar in Teams.
    • Clear the Teams client cache: User's image
    • Use the Scheduling Assistant: When scheduling a meeting, use the Scheduling Assistant feature in Teams to help you view the free time of all attendees and select a suitable time.
