Hi Jeremy O Mayers,
Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.
Check the network connection:
Ensure that your network connection is stable and that no firewall or security software is blocking access to the ports and domains required by Azure Cloud Shell. In particular, you need to confirm that the network allows HTTPS and WebSocket requests to *.console.azure.com and *.servicebus.windows.net.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
Sometimes, old data in the browser cache or Cookies can cause connection problems. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try connecting to Cloud Shell again.
Use a different network environment:
If possible, try connecting to Cloud Shell in a different network environment (e.g., home network, corporate network, mobile hotspot, etc.) to troubleshoot issues with a specific network environment.
Check Azure subscription status:
Ensure that your Azure subscription is active and has sufficient permissions to access Cloud Shell. If there are issues with the subscription or insufficient permissions, the connection may fail.
Check Cloud Shell storage:
As you mentioned, you have tried to remove and add a new Cloud Shell storage. Make sure that the new storage account has been successfully created and that Cloud Shell has access to it. You can check the status and permission settings of the storage account in the Azure portal.
Best regards
NeuviJ
