How to get access to ms authenticator app

I have another 365 business account, but I accidentally deleted its account in Authentication App. And now, I am having trouble logging in to that Account because after filling correct username & password, Authentication Codes is required from the Authentication App, which I don’t have access anymore.

Can you help me please, what to do to fix it?

    Are you admin or end user?

    If you are an end user contact your Office 365 admin. (i.e. you may contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
