Windows Hello for Business On-Prem Enrollment Glitch

We have an on-premise certificate trust WHfB deployment here and it's been working great for months, but now all of a sudden I'm encountering a weird glitch when trying to enroll new machines. Upon clicking Set up PIN when prompted upon login, the AD FS enrollment screen where you select a certificate just sits there and flashes endlessly, never reaching anything else:

Happens on every new machine you try to enroll. I checked AD FS logs in Event Viewer on the federation servers but couldn't find anything related to this.

If anybody has experience troubleshooting AD FS and could help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Feel free to ask for logs.
