Cannot add new Personal Voices after deleteing (shows: 5/5 used)

Hello,

I've created "speach services", went to "Personal Voice" and added 5 voices, but later on I deleted 2 of them. But the counter still shows 5/5 voices created and create new voice button is unavialble. Can I reset number of voices somehow? Or do I need to create a new speach service?

By the way , can I use those Personal voices using my API key?

In my code I used the syntax:

<voice name='en-GB-MiaNeural'>{text}</voice>

where can I find a name of my Personal Voices? I want to use them for personal use, do I still need to apply to "Responsible use of AI" limited access? There is a business email there, which I dont have

Insight:
Voices are limited to one resource. When you utilize 5/5 voices and delete it, this means particular resource have exhausted that hard limit of 5 and you are not supposed to create again 5 voices therefore UI mentions 5/5 voices.

Solution:
Please try creating another resource under the same subscription. This should allow this time again you to create another 5 voices.
