Windows MDM - Preventing uninstall of MSI. (EnterpriseDesktopAppManagement CSP)

Question

We're currently using the EnterpriseDesktopAppManagement CSP to properly install MSIs on users machines. But since most of the desktops are private and the users have admin privs they can uninstall the application. Is there anyway to prevent a MDM installed MSI from being uninstalled?

Note we are NOT using intune - so please don't provide intune solutions.

Per my experience, you can try Windows GPO to prevent users from uninstalling applications. Windows GPO can be used to limit access to particular features and applications. You can manage the windows OS through GPO including the installation and uninstall of application. Launch the GPO editor and search for procedures pertaining to the installation and uninstall of software. You can limit the use of certain windows installer components or prohibit access to particular control Panel items.
