Is there an API to set mail flow rule in Exchange admin center

Question

I want to do this. but maybe using something like graph API. However, in graph api creation rule is user based. I want to create a rule for the organization like you do in the exchange admin center

Currently, the Microsoft Graph API does not support creating organization-wide mail flow rules directly. The Graph API is primarily designed for user-centric operations, such as managing individual mailbox rules. Please check documentation.

For organization-wide mail flow rules, you would typically use the Exchange admin center (EAC) or PowerShell. The EAC allows you to create, manage, and apply rules that affect all users in your organization.
