Recently got sign in problems with my Microsoft account and had to uninstall and reinstall my authenticator app, however, all data in the app were deleted including the login credentials of my Azure tenant account (guest account). I now can't access/sign in the account without the app since we don't use passwords anymore and just MFA. Now, my Azure tenant account that has my subscription saved can't be accessed and there's no way I can login without the MFA.Is there a way to retrieve the account with the subscription?

    Thanks for your question.

You need to backup your credentials in authenticator, if this was not done unfortunately you ccan only resolve this by contacting support or asking your admins/support to reset your account https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/xandr/curate/troubleshooting-multi-factor-authentication-mfa?source=recommendations

You will need to contact the support teams of the applications on your MFA to assist you in resetting your credentials.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you
