Adding Authentication Issues

I am attempting to add my work phone, personal cell phone and email for authentication purposes and I get this message "You are blocked from performing this operation. Please contact your administrator for help." however I am the admin here for authentication.

It will not allow me to unlock my own account or add any form of authentication. I get the same error while trying to add the app itself via QR code. Is there a solution?

    Hi @Tyler Crays

    Welcome to our forum!

Are you using a M365 account? If so, as i know: Once your admin enables your organization, and your account, for multi-factor authentication (MFA) you have to set up your user account to use it.

You may refer to the link to set up your Microsoft 365 sign-in for multi-factor authentication and the follow the article to add your authentication methods.

    Hope it helps!
