Can't get a code from the authenticator App - stuck in a loop

Dear,

when I want to log into my microsoft 365 account (Microsoft 365 Apps for business) I don't have the possibility to generate a code via the authenticator App.

I am the administrator of this account and cannot log as an admin as well.

The only option I have / I see in the auth app are:

  • Account connected
  • Configure 2 step authentication (then a QR code is requested which I don't have)
