Dear,
when I want to log into my microsoft 365 account (Microsoft 365 Apps for business) I don't have the possibility to generate a code via the authenticator App.
I am the administrator of this account and cannot log as an admin as well.
The only option I have / I see in the auth app are:

same issue with me, i reinstalled the authenticator app and I have lost the previous login. It annoying me really bad right now since I have work to do. This system is ridiculous and I hope someone replies here quickly so i can login

Tengo el mismo problema, no puedo obtener el código, si embargo tengo instalada la aplicacion en otro dispositivo y ahi obtengo el codigo sin problema

let me re-explain the issue with more info
Step 1 - I introduce my login info on the microsoft account
Step2 - I need to introduce a code that is provided in the Authenticator app
First issue - the account in the app is not fully configured and cannot generate a code
(see printscreens above)
Step 3 - choose other options - both of them are sending me to the app.
Resultb is that I cannot login either as an admin or a user
1h30 waiting in a chat....after waiting 1h30 in a call....no one pick this up.....your support is the worse I have seen @microsoftmicrosoftmicrosofmicrosmicrosoftoftt
