No code on my authenticator app

I have to get a code on the authenticator app to sign in to my college school account but I am not getting anything and it’s not letting me do anything, please help me fix this issue.

I understand your problem you are facing an issue with authenticator app.
Contact Your Global Admin to Re-register Your MFA. These are the steps to follow:
Go to portal.azure.com and log in with your global admin credentials.
In the left-hand menu, select “Microsoft Entra ID.”
Click on “Users” in the Microsoft Entra ID pane.
- Click on your name to open your user profile.
- In the user profile pane, find and select “Authentication methods”.
- Look for the option that says “Require re-register MFA.”
- Click on it to initiate the reset of your MFA settings.
- When you sign in again, you will be prompted to set up your MFA. Follow the prompts to add the Microsoft Authenticator app again.
