The attack simulation in defender is sending out the duplicate training notifications, when a user is compromised, immediately after the first. Is there something in the set up that I'm missing?

Are you still facing this issue? If you are, kindly check if the users belong to multiple groups that are targeted for the same training. If this is not the case and all the other configurations are correct and this keeps happening, I would reccomend opening a support case to help investigate this further.
