Old Authenticator gone

Hello team,

We use these Office accounts in our company to provide access to Office Suite. However, we had an incident where we lost the authenticator app for this account and need assistance with removing any old 2fA tokens/setups so we can start with a new one again.

Please advice.

    Thanks for your question.

    You can ask another cloud services admin to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication settings. If there is none, you will need to contact product support for this.
