Guests access to Teams meetings issue

I have MS 365 Business - I have created multiple teams and added guests to them. I go into settings to allow guest access to teams etc. I sent invitations to guests for a Teams meeting, but only some people could access the meeting - others couldn't access it through the Teams app or the online app. Is this a problem in my setup or the end of them? If so, what information can I provide them to allow them access to the meeting? Thanks

    Please make sure that guest access in Microsoft Teams is enabled correctly. For detailed steps, please refer to Configure guest access or Collaborate with guests in a team.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
    2. Select Users > Guest access.
    3. Set Guest access to On. Allow guest access switch set to On .
