How is Azure Fabric Capacity different from Azure Embedded Power BI?

Hi Everyone.

So I want to embed Power BI reports to web pages.

I have used the service principal method to embed for customers using the documentation provided by MS:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-sample-for-customers?tabs=net-core

Azure Fabric Capacity is used to create Fabric Capacity workspaces while Azure Embedded Power BI is used to create Embedded workspaces in the Power BI Service.

I know that Fabric Capacity and Embedded Power BI differ in cost.

Also Fabric Capacity uses F SKUs while Embedded Power BI uses A SKUs.

But apart from these, how are these 2 different from one another?

Is there some functionality present in one and not in the other?

If they both are meant for the same purpose, why do both these products exist?

I would really like someone to help me out here.

Thanks.
