Azure Data Studio, postgres restore 16 error

Hi all,
I am attempting to restore a backup to an Azure PostgreSQL azure database, however getting the following error.
"does not contain pg_restore"
I can see in the \win\ folder there is no folder for version 16, only 10.
Does anyone know how I can add this or force it to use an older version?

You are trying to restore a backup to an Azure PostgreSQL database using Azure Data Studio and encountering an error that says, "does not contain pg_restore".
To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Download the corresponding version of PostgreSQL from the official website and install it on your system.
- Follow the installation instructions for the version you downloaded.
Find the Installation Path:
Add to PATH:
- Right-click on This PC or Computer and select Properties.
- Click on Advanced system settings.
- In the System Properties window, click the Environment Variables button.
- In the Environment Variables window, find the Path variable in the System variables section, select it, and click Edit.
- Click New and add the path to the PostgreSQL bin folder.
- Click OK to close all dialog boxes.
Open a new Command Prompt window
Run
psql --versionOnce
