Company Portal installation issues with user accounts

I am experiencing installation issues with Company Portal on some devices in my environment. We utilize an enrollment account to enroll the device into Intune/Entra, and once enrolled, we switch to a user account to use the device. While most devices install Company Portal under both the enrollment and user accounts without issue, some devices only install under the enrollment account and not the user account. Some devices will install Company Portal under the users account once uninstalled from the enrollment account, but others will still not install Company Portal despite it being uninstalled. The error message returned is typically "0x0 unknown error."

    1.Which device do you want to install the company portal? Windows, Android, iOS

    2.How did you install the company portal? through Intune (please share the screenshot of configuration profile) or directly from the Microsoft Store.

    3.Please also share the screenshot of error message.
