Trouble authenticating with SSO for enterprise application. AADSTS54008

One of our users recently started having trouble authenticating to Zoom using SSO through Entra ID. They receive the AADSTS54008 error. When looking this up I found most of the support pages reference configuration issues for CBA (certificate based authentication). However, we have CBA disabled so those posts were not very helpful. Any ideas why this user might be having these troubles with this error?

@Tyler M Apologies for the delayed response, based on the information you've shared, since CBA has already been disabled for the user and the issue is still ongoing, try deleting the cookies and see if it helps, if not I recommend opening a support ticket with us for further troubleshooting. We'll investigate the issue in detail using the correlation ID and timestamp.
