I'm experiencing a blocking issue with Vision Studio where it's not detecting a newly set up resource. However, I do have access to Azure AI Studio. Can anyone suggest whether it's better to use Azure AI Studio instead of Vision Studio for this particular exercise?

    Hi Leon Carbonell,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Where am I seeing this?

Unit 4: Exercise - Detect faces in Vision Studio

We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter while attempting to perform an exercise in detecting and analyzing faces. It seems that there are some glitches while selecting the resource group which you have created. To resolve this issue, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

Please log out of all open tabs in your current browser and clear the cache files. Subsequently, attempt to log in again using your Learn ID credentials.

Sign out of your current browser session and attempt to log in again using an incognito window or private browsing mode.

Alternatively, consider switching to a different browser and repeating the login process.

You can use Azure AI Studio for vision tasks, but Vision Studio is simpler and more user-friendly for specific vision projects. Vision Studio is focused on quick image and video analysis with minimal setup, while Azure AI Studio offers more flexibility and control, especially for complex projects involving multiple AI services. However, Vision Studio is better if you just need an easy-to-use tool for vision tasks.

However, the exercise is meant to provide an understanding of how Vision Studio works and its various uses.

Additionally, we have tried from our end and successfully completed the exercise, as illustrated in the screenshots provided below:

If the issue still persists, please do let us know.
