Problème avec person vue

J'ai eu un voter pour passer le certif AZ00. Aprés que l'agent de person vue à fait les vérification il m'a dis que il va libérer examen pour que je puisse commencer.L'agent a disparu et je n'ai pas reçu mon exam.
J'ai crée un dossier chez person vue et j'ai eu la réponse ci dessous :

We have been notified that you were unable to take your scheduled exam on 20 Dec 2020 8:15 PM. We have canceled your appointment and discount code has been reinstated, since we are unable to reschedule with provided discount code, as it is showing us expired in our system, please contact the institute from where you have purchased the discount code for this exam.
