Can you create malware analysis sanbox hosted in Azure?

Question

I’m currently working on setting up an isolated lab environment for malware analysis and reverse engineering.

My question is whether setting up a similar sandbox environment within Microsoft Azure for malware analysis and reverse engineering purposes is allowed.

Are there any policies or guidelines I need to be aware of before deploying such an environment in Azure? I want to make sure I stay compliant with Azure’s terms of service.
