Here are general steps for both Windows 10 and 11 for your reference.

• Open Event Viewer, look for any critical errors or warnings around the time your system froze.
- Update Drivers and Windows:
• Ensure all your drivers are up to date. You can do this through Device Manager or by visiting the manufacturer’s website.
• Make sure your Windows is updated to the latest version.
- Check for Malware:
• Run a full system scan using Windows Security or any other trusted antivirus software.
- Clean Boot:
• Perform a clean boot to rule out software conflicts.
- Run DISM Tool:
• Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth to repair the Windows image.
