Cancel my subscription - cannot access my account

I'd like to cancel my account as I cannot access it and I'm still without any solution.

Could you help so I can register a new subscription properly?

    If you are the Owner Tenant, you can to open a chat with Microsoft and demostrate it; Microsoft restart or reopen your Microsoft MFA and generate a mail. But you NEED TO DEMOSTRATE that you are the Owner
