When sending mail our (SMTP) servers appear to be throttled. IP addresses: 46.30.212.26; 46.30.212.27; 46.30.212.28; 46.30.212.56; 46.30.212.57; 46.30.212.58; 46.30.212.59; 46.30.212.25; 46.30.212.22; 46.30.212.7; 46.30.212.24; 46.30.212.23; 46.30.212.55; 46.30.212.54; 46.30.212.8; 46.30.212.53; 46.30.212.52; 46.30.212.48; 46.30.212.51; 46.30.212.49; 46.30.212.21; 46.30.212.6; 46.30.212.9; 46.30.212.50; ...

We see a lot of 451 retry responses especially in the afternoon (after GMT 1/UTC 0) only for them to allow all the mails to pass through a few hours later‽ This has being happening for several days now. In the beginning we mostly saw responsendr: 4.7.500: Server busy. Please try again later from ... but it appeared to be replaced with  responsendr: 4.4.4: Mail received as unauthenticated, incoming to a recipient domain configured in a hosted tenant which has no mail-enabled subscriptions. ATTR5 [...]  but unfortunately that is not always the case, i.e., we still get a lot of 451 4.7.500 RETRY responses. So do anyone know what is going on or how to get in contact with M365 admins?

Is your Domain in M365? Microsoft 365 only permit a 60 mails per minute, if you send more mails; its was waiting until the next minute with a maximum of the 10 minutes.

If you use the SMPT of Microsoft 365, you may have this problem.

As well, if you send mails with your domain with external DNS about a domain in Microsoft 365, you have the next text:

responsendr: 4.4.4: Mail received as unauthenticated, incoming to a recipient domain configured in a hosted tenant which has no mail-enabled subscriptions. ATTR5

This is because you send mails with a domain using external smtp about Microsoft Configurate Domain. If you configurate, for example; contoso.com in M365.

Contoso.com in M365 have a SMTP. If you use a SMTP about external hosting DNS, then; it apparence this mensage

Please, create a connect in Exchange Panel and add the Domain in One.com in trusted Domains.
