PPE tenant is blocked, cannot find the resource [Security Platform]

Signing in is failing with the below error, the portal is working on and off.

    As we discussed, we observed that your PPE tenant is an internal tenant. To unblock/re-authenticate, we have followed the internal process by raising an incident with our engineering team to resolve the re-auth issue.
