Windows 10 Wi-Fi auto login PEAP

Question

Dear Sir,

As we have try to use the MS AD authencation at the Juniper Mist Wi-Fi, teh Authentication by using Microsoft AD user name / Microsoft certificate login, customer report some network notebook (windows 10/11) login behavior is difference that the notebook have not auto Wi-Fi login after fogot the SSID even save again the SSID, Please help advsie any soluiton. Now, customer some notebook have Wi-Fi icon before login page, but the notbook have not the Wi-Fi icon.

Below is the Wi-Fi icon succes to show before login.

Some notbook cannot show the Wi-Fi icon (use same OS and same login name)

Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

From the picture, first laptop is connected Wi-Fi before login, and next one didn't. it shows no internet, that is why you can't see Wi-Fi icon.

Open Settings and click/tap on the Network & Internet icon.

Click/tap on Wi-Fi on the left side, and click/tap on the connected wireless network on the right side.

Turn on or off Connect automatically when in range for what you want for this wireless network.
