The training always failed in the Custom Translator

When I uploaded my documents and start train a model.

It failed after 1 hour. There is no info to indicate the root cause. The error says:

Training failed

This training has failed. You have not been charged. You can try again by duplicating the model, or you can contact the Custom Translator team via email at Translator Support

    @YutongTie-MSFT The models continued to fail. Could you help me to check?

    Our Custom Translator info is:

    Workspace name

    Blizz-Loc-TP-CustomTranslator

    Subscription name

    BlizzLocTranslator

    Subscription type

    TextTranslation

    Subscription region

    Global The model names are:

    Blizz-Loc-TP-CS_EN2KO

    Blizz-Loc-TP-CS_EN2DE_failed

    I have the same issue, this is since last week. no change in procedure and the data loads into the system
