how to control the size of files resulting from recording meetings ?

Do you mean you want to control the recording size during the meeting or after the meeting?

If during the meeting, it cannot be controlled. Because the size is up to the meeting content and duration. Meanwhile, you must make sure user has efficient storage for recording.

If after the meeting, you could look for some media editors to manage the size of recording.
