Based upon your query, there could be several reasons preventing login to Azure Virtual Desktop, even if the sign-in logs show that authentication was successful. First, the user might be entering the wrong username or password. It’s also possible that their account is locked due to too many failed attempts
Another issue could be related to permissions the user may not have the necessary access to the correct host pool or application group. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, they might not be completing the second step correctly, it’s important to check that the session host is running smoothly
