the knowledge check isn't working and I can't complete the module

I'm trying to complete this knowledge check and have entered my answers but it is not marking them or letting me complete the module:

    Hi, i have some similar issues with Microsoft Learn, it does not display correctly the XP points, the button "next page", and also i don't see the question on Knowledge check on Microsoft Learn, i tried different browser ( Edge, Firefox, chrome) but same issues:
